About contacting Anthropologie
A question about retail purchases at Anthropologie is easier to direct when the purchase or account context is clear. If an item arrived damaged, retain the packaging until the seller explains what it needs. Availability and outcomes are decided by the provider, so no response time is promised here.
- Ask how a return will be recorded before sending the item or discarding its receipt.
- A store pickup enquiry may be best handled by the collection location identified on the order.
- An order reference helps a retailer distinguish a recent purchase from a general product enquiry.
