THE RECORD

About contacting Adidas

Use this Adidas record to locate a published destination for your retail purchases enquiry. An order reference helps a retailer distinguish a recent purchase from a general product enquiry. The publisher can correct this record but cannot open or resolve a case with the listed business.

• Check whether the item came from the named shop or another seller before using a return route.
• For a missing delivery, compare the store’s shipment update with the carrier’s tracking history.
• If an item arrived damaged, retain the packaging until the seller explains what it needs.
